かわてつソリューションサービス（K-SOL）では、新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）の感染拡大防止のため、厚生労働省等の指針や各国保健当局の対応に基づき、2020年2月以降当面の間出展の際には以下の対応を取らせていただいております。

なお、新型コロナウイルスは飛沫感染・接触感染があると報告されております。

【弊会の対応】

スタッフ、お客様間の感染防止対策

・スタッフは、マスクを着用して案内・対応をさせていただいております。また場合によってビニール手袋を装着いたします。

・スタッフの体調チェックを行っております。

・社会的距離を確保するため、必要に応じて入場制限を行っております。

消毒、抗菌対応の強化

・弊会主催及び共催で実施するイベントの際には入口に消毒液(非接触形)と検温機器を設置しております。また、マスクやビニール袋なども常備しております。

・展示エリア内での消毒を積極的に行っております。

・手すりやドアノブ等、お客様が触れやすい箇所の消毒、抗菌加工を行っております。

換気

・換気扇の使用や窓開け等で常時室内の換気を行っております。

​

その他

・QRコードを用いて来場者の情報緊急連絡先等を収集する場合があります。(個人情報は開催日から2週間経過後に削除されます)

・来場者から感染者が出た場合には、すみやかに保健所や自治体等の公共機関に連絡いたします。

​

【ご来場のお客様へのお願い】

・喉の痛み、せき、熱(37.5℃以上)、風邪、倦怠感、息苦しさといった症状があるお客様は、ご来場をお控えくださいますようお願いいたします。また、医療機関の受診をおすすめいたします。

・こまめな手洗いうがい、マスクの着用、アルコール消毒にご協力をお願いします。

・咳やくしゃみをされる際は、マスク、ハンカチ、ティッシュ、袖などで口と鼻をしっかりと覆う「咳エチケット」にご協力ください。

・周りの方々と一定の距離を保ってご見学ください。

・長時間のご観覧は密集・密接の要因になる恐れがありますので、ご配慮をお願いいたします。

・展示品に触れることはお控えください。

・体調に不安のある方、高齢者、基礎疾患等のある方、妊婦の方はくれぐれもご無理なさらぬようお願いいたします。

・ご来場中に気分が優れなくなった場合は、お近くのスタッフまでお知らせください。

・新型コロナウィルスにみられる症状がある場合には、「帰国者・接触者相談センター」や保健所にご相談ください。

また、イベント内での感染が疑われる際には弊会にもご連絡ください。

・入場日前2週間以内に政府から入国制限、入国後の観察機関を必要とされている国・地域への訪問歴および当該在住者との濃厚接触がある場合にはご来場をお控えください。

・接触確認アプリ”COCOA”の利用をお願いいたします。

 

【出展するイベントについて】

・今後の出展内容は変更になる可能性がございます。主催者のホームページや弊会のホームページ、SNSなどで最新情報を随時ご確認ください。

・今般のウイルスの特性から、弊会スタッフのみならず他の来場者の方にも感染を拡大させてしまう恐れがございます。

ウイルス感染予防ならびに拡散防止のため、皆様のご理解・ご協力をお願いいたします。

In order to prevent spread of the Covid-19, Kawatetsu Solution Service (K-SOL) is taking measures about that.

This measure will continue from February 2020.

And it is based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of japan. 

In addition, it is reported that the Covid-19 has Spray infection and contact infection.

 

 Our countermeasures

● Infection prevention measures between staff and customers
Our staffs put on a mask and guide guests. In some cases, we use PVC gloves.

We check the physical condition of the staffs.

Visitor capacity is controlled as necessary to secure a social distance.

● Strengthening disinfection and antibacterial support
At the time of the event sponsored and sponsored by our association, hand sanitizer and a forehead scanner are installed at the entrance. We also prepare masks and Hygiene products.

Disinfecting the exhibition area will do frequently.

We disinfect and antibacterial the parts that are easy for customers to touch, such as handrails and doorknobs.

● Ventilation
We ventilate the room by using a ventilation fan and opening windows.

● Others
Gather visitor information to notify the health center of an outbreak of infection.

If an infected person appears from a visitor, we will promptly contact the health center.

 Requests for visiting guests

Stay home if you are feeling sick. In addition, we recommend consulting a medical institution.

​

Please cooperate in frequent hand washing, gargle, Face coverings.

You will not be permitted inside the exhibition area without a face covering.

 

When coughing or sneezing, please covers your mouth and nose with a mask, handkerchief, tissue, and sleeves.

​

Physical distancing is required; visitors should stay at least six feet (about two arms' length) from others and from groups.

​

Please be aware that long-term viewing may cause congestion and close proximity.

 

Please do not touch the exhibits.

 

For those who are uneasy about their physical condition, the elderly, those with basic illness, and pregnant women, please do not overdo it.

 

If you feel unwell during your visit, please let you know your nearest staff. 

 

If you have any symptoms of the Covid-19, please consult the "Returnee and Contact Center".

Also, if you suspect an infection during the event, please contact us.

Due to the characteristics of this virus, there is a risk that the infection will spread not only to our staff but also to other visitors.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation to prevent virus infection and spread.
